Return Policy:

We at RhyMak Store strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. We provide the best quality products in a reasonable price. However, if customer not satisfy with the product for any reason write us at rhymakstore@gmail.com. Returning a goods is a simple affair at the RhyMak store. Because we provide door-to-door service in Bhavnagar city, customers can inspect their purchase upon arrival and, if there is any damage or a different product, they can return it to our delivery boy. Once we receive the product we approve the refund request as soon as posible.

For other than Bhavnagar city, we offers 7 day refund policy against returning the product. Note that customer have to bears cost for shipping and handling the return. Once we receive the product we approve the refund request as soon as posible.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancelling a purchase has never been easy for the customers of Bhavnagar city. Customers can cancel their purchase at any time before or during delivery.

Customer outside Bhavnagar city are requested to immediately email at rhymakstore@gmail.com along with your order number for any cancellations to be made. In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we process the orders the same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

Reschedule Delivery(Bhavnagar city):

If the customer is not present at the stated address for delivery, it will be auto-scheduled for the following working day.

If customer is not available on the same day, they can request next day delivery.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is currently provided exclusively to customers from Bhavnagar city with a minimum order of Rs.100.

Any order placed outside of Bhavnagar will be charged a shipping fee based on the weight and area.

Same Day Delivery (Bhavnagar city):

Order placed after 3.00 pm or on holiday may not dispatch on same day.

We make every effort to deliver products on the same day, however due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take one or two more days. RhyMak Store is under no obligation to give compensation in such a scenario, and it will not be considered delayed delivery.
